This year, the MB Race will host 3 stages of the WHOOP MTB UCI World Series: the UCI Marathon World Cup, the UCI Enduro World Cup and the UCI e-Enduro World Cup in Megève and Combloux, promising a spectacular weekend !
UCI Marathon World Cup
This year, the MB Race is sharing its MB Ultra Somfy course with the UCI Marathon World Cup, giving you the chance to start behind some of the world’s greatest marathon runners.
The event will take place over the 100 km and is open to the Elites category. We promise you a magnificent show !
So we’re making a few changes to the MB Race’s flagship race, the Somfy MB Ultra. The mass start will be staggered, with you starting a few minutes after the Elite Men’s and Women’s wave. Time barriers will be adapted to the new start times. Finishes will be in the village of Megève (70, 100 and 140 km). This promises an even more extraordinary atmosphere in the village.
For those registered for the MTB Alpine Cup, the distance for the challenge will be 100km for both men and women. Elite athletes already registered for the challenge and wishing to take part in the World Cup must contact us so that we can validate the procedure together.
Entries for the UCI Marathon World Cup can only be made on the UCI website. If you are already registered for the Ultra and would like to take part in this experience (Elite athletes), don’t worry ! Contact us and we’ll explain the procedure.
UCI Enduro et e-Enduro World Cup
In addition to the marathon event in Megève, the village of Combloux will host the UCI Enduro and e-Enduro World Cup.
So there will be no MB Enduro this year, but the UCI event is also open to amateurs, giving you the chance to ride alongside professionals in the discipline – an unforgettable experience!
These events will take place over several days.
On the program:
- Thursday, June 27: Enduro and e-Enduro test runs
- Friday, June 28: UCI Enduro World Cup
- Sundays June 30 : UCI e-Enduro World Cup
The finish of the last special stages will take place at the Les Brons parking lot in Combloux, where you can watch the best endurists go downhill and enjoy a variety of entertainment.
If you would like to take part in this stage, please visit the UCI World Series. Registration will open shortly. They will be managed independently of the MB Race event.
